Cancellation policy - Please note 14 days prior to the Event a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. 7 days prior to the event a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.  Less than 7 days, the venue will have already charged us for your place at this conference so you will be charged a 60% Cancellation fee.
